Today marks a year since Megan spent 10 days in the ICU for ARDS. It popped up on my facebook timeline this am. what a year. Things are pretty good overall for her health.

My son has been home sick (said not feeling well) well now he has the flu...ugh.

I pray we dont get it. I know what it feels to be sick and miserable.

Fall is here. Today was rainy/cloudy but cool. The evil extreme heat is GONE!

    Flu is not good but Megan is doing good now so all we have to do is keep our fingers crossed that the flu goes away quietly!

    Looking back, this year is better than last year for you at least even if son is suffering with the flu. Hopefully it is a short duration flu and he will be up and at it again in no time. Do take care of yourself throughout fluey season. Not sure where you live that you have evil heat. Maybe I could send you a little snow!!! LOL

    Keep well and remember to include you time no matter what else turns up. The first person you MUST take care of is you. You fall sick and then there’s no one to look after anyone. I know it’s hard but it is essential
