I was busy yesterday and no distractions during the work hours. In the evening, I took an early evening nap which meant by 7pm was up and didn’t fall asleep again until 11pm. Had dinner which was chicken wings and mandarin oranges (canned) and club soda. The cravings later on were satisfied with more mandarin oranges and club soda. So far this week no Coca Cola. So for Friday, I did well. I have doubts that I can do a complete day much less 30 days much less 90 days. So I calm my anxiety by just trying to do well from one meal to the next.
