Ready for a remix

Today I am ready for a remix, my remix. I want to lose some weight, eat better, drink more water, and be a better version of me.
The past few days I have been eating more grilled meat and vegetables. Drinking more water for me thats hard...
I am not a big eater, but I can drink some sodas, or at least I could, and I did until June. I had to have a tooth pulled, and was told no carbonated drinks for 48 hours...now tell that to someone that drinks like 6 cans a day...well I did not drink any for 48 hours...and the headaches started...
So I started drinkimg 1 to 2 a day, normally only 1...I dont want to slip back into more than that.
So...heres to my remix.
