Its been a little over a year a and 3 months since i was last active on here. I had situations upraise and put me into an mess of splurging with a side of depression with anxiety.
Ive also developed driving anxiety because of the area that i live in is getting worse road rage wise and because of that - that got me splurging eating my favorite junk food but then i some how got out of it. Also i had 2 deaths in my family one being my grandmother who raised me from month - 12 yrs. I lost her on Oct 15th 2018 and then i just lost my Father on May 3th 2019. Now in starting back fresh and new but got a little motivation because one day i got an email from my Gym that my dues were going up which really isn't anything at all. I hate to say this but im alittle below the weight i originally started out with after making the decision to get off the depo shot about either 3 or 4 years ago :( Im somewhat ashamed that i couldn't get this under control until it got to this point :/ I just can't believe that i gained all that weight back. If you look at me i don't even look like im at 200ish at all which is totally crazy to say the least!!!
