Fall 5%Challenge: Exercise Commitment

This challenge will only last 8 weeks from October 5th-- November 30th. Plenty of time to get into the groove of moving my butt and keep it moving after this challenge ends.
For days when I am down with a cold (like today) and don't wanna do anything I don't really have to do (except go to work at 2pm) then I have this
When this darn cold is gone and I have more energy, then I add this.
There are 50 cards with tips on how-to create your own stretching warm-up sequence. If I can't do a certain stretch because of my arthritis and scoliosis then I just leave out whatever card is a problem for me. For now I will be starting off with cards that will hopefully help with my hips.
Years ago I used to be able to do certain yoga poses that I no longer do. Right now I can't even get my left foot up onto my right thigh. Almost impossible to clip toenails or put a sock on my left foot. So far I have no problem doing those things with my right foot. BUT my right foot is the one that my peripheral neuropathy effects more often. So both sides have their own separate issues.
I am still hopeful that before this challenge is over, that I can walk the 2 miles down the road to the parking lot of the sand dunes. It's a spot that alot of tourists like to get pictures of. It will be a total of 4 miles (not counting any steps out onto the actual dunes). Been here over 15 months so far and haven't attempted this walk yet.
