DAY 23: I'm Blessed!

I discovered that the exhaustion that I was feeling on Friday was the beginning of some kind of virus. I had a couple days of a stomach/headache & dizzy bug but today I woke up feeling much better! Yay! I spent a lot of time trying to think of other things than my head hurting so I started thinking of 5 things I'm thankful for before I go to sleep. I'm really blessed because after number 1...it really becomes so easy! BTW, this idea is not original to me. I have seen it in a book. The thing is that when you allow yourself to include all the basic simple things in your list...you start to feel quite lucky, blessed and rich! After a tough day my list might include: my children, my home, having a job, being alive and my comfie bed. Some days it's a good dinner, sticking to healthy eating, nice weather, my dogs and a good tv show. it's a good way to fall asleep or wake up & to focus on the positive!
