Good Day Yesterday

I did very well yesterday. I ate according to the menu. I had to break the day down into quarters. Stick until breakfast, stick lunchtime, stick till dinner and stick till bedtime. I had to do my personal exercise after work and I did do it. I did not have a Coca Cola today and I drink all my water. So I have a one day streak going.
