Monday, Monday

Monday Monday, what will you be,
Hot, humid and a lot breezy.
Suppose to get back up to 90,
So not going to work off my hieny.

Yes, it is suppose to be hot again, and my only afternoon job is I want to cut down those "to the skies" Sunflowers, and maybe if it dries a little I can dig up a few potatoes. Need to get them out of the ground, but the garden hasn't been dry since the first of the month. And still you come our of there with your shoe about a inch taller then when you enter, and it is pure mud. So that said I will have to wash what I dig before I bring them in the house. Maybe just enough to have fresh Mashed potatoes, with the Meat Loaf for supper.

Shorty and Kinney, yes Larry renamed Kizzy to Kinney, so instead of Kezia we now have Kindle, so Kinney for short. Maybe this is it. They are never going to know their names if hubby doesn't stop changing them. And Finn, well, he has been really a bad boy, I have to lock in just kitchen and laundry room, cause there is a door that I can shut, or else he does #2 on the dining room carpet. He is really upset with the other 2 being in his domain, so he is banished to the outdoors, except to eat, cause the minute I turn my back on him, he just goes in there and poos and then he wants outside, cause he know he has been bad. They both absolutely love Merlin, and usually take there nap on him, and give him many massages. But, over the weekend here with Terry and Sheryl bringing Lisa, the Toy Poodle, and Zeus the Mastiff, they were total in run mode, and it was the little Lisa, who weights maybe 3 pounds that they were the most scared of. They total was on guard all weekend, and didn't see much of them. lol

Rock and Sunny are use to the mares not being here, and have got there schedule down and know when and what time is breakfast, and that they have total excess to the grove and grass. Now, the goats are a different subject, as they do still think the other pens give then a challenge, and there is a cattle panel fence that is at least 5 foot tall and there is 4 of them that jump it with easy, and 5 that have never tried. So this morning I build up the fence in the one place where they are jumping another foot higher, and if that doesn't do it I can raise it another couple feet. We do have a contest going, and I don't give up easily. lol

Well, I haven't been to much in to much myself, just kind of floating along, I do know I haven't gained as I put on my jeans the other morning when it was only 42 and they slipped right on, so I know I am about the same as when the spring/summer started and I started wearing my capri's. That is a good thing, and I know when hubby get out into helping BIL with harvest I will have all the time in the world to get my schedule straighten out. And maybe even get back to setting up some goals again, and get at my MISSIONS. But right now, I am still helping hubby get his buildings cleaned out. And I have to admit, thing are looking pretty organized out there. So it is all worth the trouble. Now if I could just get those hours paid back it would be wonderful, but I have my way of doing things so it is best that I just work extra hard and do it myself.

Got to GET at it and get the kitchen cleaned up from making dinner(lunch). So take care. Linda

Yesterday's heat was brutal... plus we had a horrific thunderstorm that knocked-out our hydro. Today's temps went from 37c (95f.) to 18c (68f.) and it's still raining. Loving my new computer. Hope your day's better too. emoticon

Well we have been in the mid to high 90's and now in the mid to low 90's. 0 chance of rain.
I started a program at the gym and have made a commitment to go 2 times a week for small group training.
Circuit with weights and body weights and some cardio mixed in. 45 to 60 minutes. No weight loss yet. Da**
Also went with hubby to U of AZ presentation on preventing falls fair.
Doing subcutaneous hydration on Tazz. My 19 1/2 year old cat. She has kidney problems.
She does NOT like it one bit.
    Glad to hear from you.

Going to be hot here also. Doing fall cleaning here and reorganizing the closets. Getting rid of junk for only God knows why I've been keeping this stuff. Hubby going to play golf tomorrow and I'm pulling all the stuff out of the back closet. Shaking my head, I don't know why I keep all this junk. Seemed like a good idea at the time.

Have a great day and hope you get those potatoes out of the ground. I'd love to have fresh mashed potatoes fresh from the garden. You're making my mouth water.

Yes, we have a very hot and humid day here too. Luckily the inside of the house has stayed at a nice 70 degrees. But wow, when I took Daisy out for the first time it was awful!

Floating along is okay. It sounds very peaceful. I'm glad the jeans still fit. Clean and organized is always good (even if it's your husband's buildings)..

Enjoy the rest of your Monday! At least fall temps should be here the rest of the week, it would just be nice if the rain would stay away.

Here's one from my payroll department:

Workday Monday, what will you be?
Phone calls, phone calls all for me.
Really folks, it's not that funny,
How in the world do you manage your money?
