Every morning I take a few minutes and plan my day. I write it down in my planner, and off I go. Spark helps me to start that plan by keeping my exercise and diet in check. I also get my motivation from being here.
Taking time to plan has helped me to stay on track in many ways. It has also helped me to get back on track when I've been "derailed" by circumstances.
I have found that when I WORK THE PLAN!
The plan works!
