Weight gain! Up to 188 lbs... hard to believe that five years ago I was down to 167 lbs. Alas, I stopped exercising, abandoned my vegan diet (hard to believe!), and generally stopped all self-care.
Starting tomorrow, it's back to VFB (veggies for breakfast) followed by all the green veggies and starchy vegetables I can eat. I'm giving myself one week to get reacquainted with a plant based diet. After that I'm diving in for three months (at least) with an SOS-free (sugar, oil, salt) plant based meal plan to try to knock off 12 pounds. I will pair that with 60 minutes of exercise EVERY DAY!!! My goal is to lose 1 lb per week for the next 34 weeks, so that by my 51st birthday next May I will be 154 lbs. Totally doable, right?
