Ups and downs

Thankfully the scale is no longer going up and down. My eating habits are though. Mostly bad days because I'm not eating enough calories in a day for even someone who is a 14. I seem to be able to only get about 1200 calories in. I really try for 1500 but 1800 is a struggle.
I bought some celery and peanut butter. I figure it would be a good protein carb mixture. I'm also making some boiled eggs to take to work. Any suggestions on other non carb and non processed food I can take to work with me.
The weather is cooling off so I should have some more activity in my life. Hopefully I can get back to the gym on $20 a month. But now that my family is on one income it's not likely. Not safe to walk around my neighborhood so I'm going to have to figure out something to be active.
