Late night last night. Hit snooze this morning and then just never could find the time to exercise after that. But, my back is feeling better so that is good. Food choices are getting better. Working on balancing macros with calories but really am more concerned about making wise food choices overall and staying away from the carb choices that always trip me up. Also found an accountability friend today. This is going to be the time!
