Been doing a meatless breakfast for the last few days. I have been eating fish and veggies for dinner as well. This wasn't done on purpose. I keep having this thought that I need to let go of meat for a while. Not sure where this will take me but I am getting my protein, and my sweet cravings aren't nearly as intense. I am going to do some more research and listen to what my body needs. My workouts have been good, trying to find the correct balance with my food as well.
