Morning and evening

So I gained a handful of weight while down in Arkansas. 3 to 5 pounds perhaps. With that in mind, I agreed to play pickleball in the mornings the first three days of this week, thinking getting back in the exercise groove will help even out the travel bump. Didn't anticipate people setting up a separate game Monday evening, inviting a couple of better players to join in. Felt like I wanted to go and challenge myself a bit, and here was a chance, even if I'd already played in the morning. So I went out there and did another couple hours of play. I'd hope that reflects kindly on the scale in a day or two!
