I am going to gain so much weight this week. Tracking after the fact just isn't working for me. I think I'm ordering something healthy, e.g. the quinoa and grilled chicken salad I had today only to discover when I tracked it, it was 1495 calories! What the H*LL! There should be laws against salads that have so many calories. Mind you, I asked for it without the goat cheese but that only knocked 100 calories off.
I'm visiting my sister's place in Quebec and I've been eating roughly 500 calories more a day than I normally do. It's healthy for the most part but it's still way more than I normally eat.
Like last night, we went to Scores, a local chicken restaurant for dinner. I had a quarter chicken dinner with dark meat, grilled veggies, green salad and strawberries for dessert and all that came to over 900 calories! Why is restaurant food so high in calories? I mean if I'm going to eat that many calories then I might as well have had the fries instead of the salad.
I've had good workouts 3 of the 4 days though so I'm hoping that I don't gain a ton. That can be so very frustrating. It takes so long to lose weight and to have a huge weight gain after only 4 days away will be so devastating.
Keep your fingers crossed that it's not too bad.
