What improvements did I make?
Another week that lacked focus, despite my energetic cheerleading on SparkPeople.
What choices made me most proud?
I passed on the pasty, flavorless pizza rolls; I had multiple veggie-heavy days.
Where did I not show up as the person I want to be?
In the evenings, laying prone on the couch, watching TV, and shoveling empty calories.
How can I practice choosing the pattern I want?
Clear the table and only eat there; close the kitchen (practice minimizing evening snacking), take an evening walk.
Who do I want to repeatedly be next week?
I want to keep my promises to myself by moving daily and making small swaps to slowly improve.
What opportunities exist for me to practice showing up as that version of me?
Every night, I can practice a new routine: meals at the table, close the kitchen, shine the sink.
