Wow..been a loooonnnngggg time!

Although I've not been online for some time, SP has been in my mind and heart. Now that summer is done, I'm settling into a new work routine, and I'm counting down to a big trip to southeast Asia in November. After getting myself back into the 140s (high, but in the range) these first weeks back at work and without my weigh-in buddy (who's on an 8 week trip back east) I've sprinted back up to 150. Leaving me SO disappointed in myself and sporting what I hope is a new resolve to get back on track. Although my clothes still fit okay, I sure would like to have a bit more space inside, so my biggest goal this weekend is setting up an exercise plan to enhance my aerobic workout in the hopes that I can lose 5 pounds over the course of the next seven weeks and begin my travels feeling like I'll fit into that airplane seat with room to spare. Fingers crossed.
