4 months and I’m down 27lbs & 21.5” !!!! It’s been a long road with a few speed bumps but I’m trying hard to stay motivated. Getting ready to start a 90 day challenge, I would like to lose 30-40 lbs. but will be happy with 20.

    Slow & steady will lead to long term success vs faster weight loss. It gets tougher as you get closer to goal. Don't forget you may need fewer calories then too.
