Visual Motivation ~

My last blog was about how I had streamlined my goal to focus on reaching a goal weight of under 200 pounds by Christmas... So this past week I added some visual motivation to my game. I bought some Christmas stickers, primarily stockings and presents... for everyday that I exercise I put a Christmas stocking sticker on my calendar. For every day that I stay in my calorie range I am putting a Christmas present sticker on my calendar. My goal is to put two sticker on as many days as I can. I just started on Sunday, but I already have enough Christmas stickers on my calendar to help me stay focused and on track! I am excited about reaching this goal and I believe the stickers are going to help me get there...
