Day 1 and 2 successful, onto Day 3 Still Determined

Thursday, September 19, 2019

I am pleased with how days 1 and 2 went, definitely more in control of my eating and behaviour. The scales say similar but I feel better in myself! emoticon

My DH is off Fri, Sat, Sun so my Will power and planning will have to be charged up! emoticon

I am so lucky with my current job that I can rest and relax so much which has to help with my MS condition. Ok so my MiL has woken twice at 2.00am the last two days but I did get back to sleep easier the second night.
My daughter want to include me and my condition on a recording of a project she is doing at the moment, I am okay about it but was a little sad when she told me my DS had cried when he thought about what could happen to me.

Still missing my Aqua classes. Sleep was actually more comfortable last night even without the Paracetomol (had forgotten) so hopefully things are mending!

My DS is having two mates for a sleepover tonight which of course doesn't include sleep so it could be interesting!

Life throws us all sorts of curved balls regardless of health. Sometimes it’s easier if you have some idea of what you have to deal . Other times - well one day at a time works for me...

That is deeply touching, that your daughter told you your son cried. As you may know my husband got a diagnosis too that leaves us with uncertainty about the future. We don't know what it will be like, and at times that's very hard to deal with. emoticon

emoticon with your days 1 and 2. You know how to do this!
