Exercise Day 1

Today is the first day I am seriously starting an exercise regime. I am starting with WALKING WORKOUT FOR WEIGHT LOSS- HOME WORKOUT ( youtu.be/bPRFDY3
) by Lucy Wyndam on Youtube. It is 15 minutes. I am starting with 3 days a week. I will work in strength training after I get this routine down and part of my day.
