End of Week 11 - OK

This past week I had some mental struggles on this journey to better health. I had to keep reminding myself that good health doesn't happen by accident. Good health comes from a series of good food choices and regular exercise. I had to repeat that to myself often - even this morning when I didn't want to go to the gym. To lose the weight I need to change the way my mind thinks. I have to make the right choices to be successful.

Today is my official weigh-in day. I was actually excited to weigh myself. For the past 3 days my scale was saying I lost 2lbs in the week. Then this morning it said I only lost 1. So, a little disappointing as I wanted to write the number down as 2lbs, but I know it will show up again in another day or so. I need to keep up with the water to keep my system flushed of salt. I've now lost 26.5 lbs ... pretty good!

I'm consistently losing the lbs and getting to the gym, so I can't complain. It's been an OK week.
