It's getting colder here in Hillsboro NH, and the garden is slowing down. I still have a good crop of kale, parsley, and basil to eat. Tonight I'll eat the last of the Swiss Chard. There's nothing quite as tasty as fresh veggies! I hope to be eating the fresh veggies until the beginning of October, if not longer.
