Most people think of banks when they hear the word "investment", but we should know that our best investment is in our bodies not a bank.

We can't walk in Walmart and buy a new body when ours is in pain. Nope we get one body to last through our lifetime. So make wise investments in your health.

Ways I still need to be more consistent with my investments...
drink more water and less coffee,
try to sleep at same time every night,
do my workout videos every morning (even if it's just for 30 minutes)
Pamper my feet with bath salts and moisturizer more often.
Eat salads or drink V-8 at least once a day

Being healthy will also eliminate one very large potential burden from our plate -- the expense and distraction of illness. And keep in mind that statistics show that poor health is the most common reason people are forced to retire sooner than planned
