First week back

Well, after my first (half) week back on SparkPeople since 2013, I can say I am starting out with a not-quite-bang, but not so bad either. I’ve actually lost 2.6 lbs and slept. Sleeping is a huge issue, so that’s big. I’ve done some exercise, which I have not been doing. With the pain if spinal diseases and fibromyalgia, it’s not easy. But I have to power through and hopefully it’ll get easier. I’ve used the pain as an excuse long enough. I’m hoping I will keep this going. Wish me luck!

    Don't push it. Start slow, do only what you can and you then you can build on that. Baby steps!!!

    Welcome back! I have issues with not getting enough sleep myself. It's a work in progress. As long as you're doing a bit more than you were the day before, I'd consider that a success! Good luck!
