just sayin’ … taking things one at a time

Well, Sparkers … life is good here.

I’ve been walking 5x a week for five weeks now.

That compulsion to chew and gorge on food … bingeing … hasn’t reared its ugly head in a long time.

I’ve been eating all kinds of foods I truly enjoy … no good or bad food descriptions.

BUT … the scale is going in the wrong direction.

How come???

I’m eating passed the point of physically full.

So … for the next step in my experiment of one … a gentler kinder way of losing weight … getting in touch with being full NOT stuffed.

Once you figure out what you really need, your body and mind will feel happy and complete … without having to eat five chocolate chip cookies.
