No one said that it would be easy. Change is never going to be the easy thing to do. Changing our health involves changing our diets, exercise plan, our habits, and our thoughts. Having clarity as to WHY we are doing it keeps us on track.
Some days are easy and inspiring, other days are hard and down-right boring.
Don't give up! Know why you are fighting.
1. I want to enjoy playing with my grandkids.
2. I want to enjoy my retirement years in great health.
3. I want to help others enjoy good health as well.
