I feel motivated. I made the smallest changes to my diet.. just being conscious of it, not buying chips, going back to the gym. Not attempting perfection just.. changing habits. It already shows and my body is happy. Soon i'll try to add some plyometrics to see if everything holds together, haha :)
Last night I dreamt I was back at playing roller derby and it felt nice. What's tricky with being part of a team's sport is, you have to show up. So it's asking me for a routine where I have to show up physically and mentally 2 nights (sometimes more) a week. During/after depression, it's a challenge in itself. Bootcamp starts on October and I'll try my best to get on the boat with the rest of my team and try to have some fun, for a change :)
I rediscovered this morning that Tim Horton's is not someone's lost weight's friend. It's expensive, and my morning habit of "bahh I'll snooze just a couple more time and grab Tim's on the way" HAVE to change. It won't be too hard, as I was planning on doing Intermittent Fasting again soon. I'm trying to get in the bath with tracking and all before the Fall 5% challenge starts. I'm excited guys! It's been a while :) I edited my ticker so it shows my goal for this challenge. 5 lbs per month, or 5% of my weight.
