no chocolate/candy at work

i have out off working on this habit to long. i would take 1 serving of chocoate candy to work. i noticed i started eating it too fast and was not enjoying it,
but i started telling myself that i dont need to have candy at work. i have not been enjoying the treat, so i might as well wait till i can eat it slow and enjoy it. over the last 2 weeks, i had more meetings.i dont want to eat when i need to be talking. so i was "busy" during my chocolate time. i dont remember monday but 2 days last week and tues- thurs this week i did not have any treats or candy.
today my snack was cucumbers and green beans with dip. less calories and provided nutrients
