Fighting myself

So close to goal and I have begun to self sabotage. Every since my birthday I have overeaten. Every night I have gone over my calories by a little, then thought screw it and ate a LOT more. Every time I have gotten to a goal I have done this. I really need to get my brain right. I’m going to try to start drinking more when I get home from work. I told my husband what has been happening too. I don’t expect him to fix me, but I will know that he’s there supporting me.

    You've worked too hard to get to this point to throw it all away now. How bad do you want it? Remember WHY you started and try and recapture that feeling. You are worth the effort!
