So close to goal and I have begun to self sabotage. Every since my birthday I have overeaten. Every night I have gone over my calories by a little, then thought screw it and ate a LOT more. Every time I have gotten to a goal I have done this. I really need to get my brain right. I’m going to try to start drinking more when I get home from work. I told my husband what has been happening too. I don’t expect him to fix me, but I will know that he’s there supporting me.
