Forgive My Rant!

Wednesday, September 11, 2019

My daughter had her first baby three months ago and just received an order of baby items from Bed Bath & Beyond. Their insensitivity is appalling! They included a sample diet bar with her order. Do they assume that all new mothers are overweight? Have they ever heard of body image problems or post partum depression? It makes you wonder how many new moms are receiving this same message. Bed Bath & Beyond needs to hear from women everywhere telling them that this is unacceptable.

When I was pregnant and afterwards all I thought about was what I looked like and how much I weighed. Cared about my baby, but was obsessed with my looks. Don't know what I think of them including a diet bar, if that's helpful or not.

That's awful. I hope your daughter or you write a letter to BB&B to express your opinions. If the company doesn't know how people feel, they won't ever change.

I had to check to make sure this was not something I had already hear about. This happen to another person. Bed Bath and Beyond use to be one of my favorite
