Day 73 - Feeling Stiff

Oh my, do I ever feel stiff today. I think I'm not stretching enough. I started on the treadmill this morning and my hips were sore. I kept the same speed as usual, but I had to decrease the incline slightly. It resulted in a slightly less caloric burn, but I needed to do it or I was afraid I'd hurt myself. I must stretch more!

I'm off to have some lunch and then a few hours of reading!

    I agree. I only stretched about 5 minutes yesterday, and today my waking speed was slower. I normally stretch for a total of 20 to 30 minutes.
