While working out on my Tony Little gazelle this morning I was listening to the Positive Head Podcast.
My take on the podcast was overing coming fear of judgement. My journey has always been more about a certain weight and size of clothing, rather what is most important objective is to becoming health!
Light bulb moment was that I need to work on becoming my healthiest self whether that's at 180 pounds or 120 pounds. To be weened off of medications I currently need.
Yesterday I made a small goal of cleaning out my closet of clothes I haven't worn in 6 months. Though it wasn't to be about purging clothes that I absolutely LOVE. I was going to keep a box of some old clothes. I had in my possession size's from 4 to 14. I only keeping size's 12 to 14 that I currently wear weekly.
I don't know about you but I'm my worst critic? Purging the old tape recording and add new more accepting self talk.
My only long term goal is to be my healthiest self I can be, and if weight loss happens awesome. Healthier food's (which I've started on the beginning of the month) moving this achy body to a healthier one
