9/04: 258.4 = *** 1st weigh-in SP DDT Team
9/11: 254.6 = Lost 3.8 lbs. since 9/4/19 (after my run today wt. is: 254.4 yeh!)
lost 2 more oz. after my run today 9/11/19 lol
7:06am = Time to go running at the park, goal = half a mile non-stop!
I was worried if I could do it again... but I did.. wow!
9/11/19 = 2nd time I completed a half-mile run since 9/9/19
9/09/19 1st time I completed a half-mile run on Sept. 09
My Plan: Run a half-mile Non-Stop 3 times per week, M,W,F and continue to walk the other days.
Total days = 6 days per wk consistently without fail I exercise at the park.
