Sometimes we are just too hard on ourselves, overly critical, expecting perfection .... rather than accepting where we are, who we are, right now. If we are not happy where we are, write down a list of things that we want to be different, and why. In that list of WHY’S, find motivation to set realistic goals, and set out on a series of attainable goals. Meanwhile, Be good to yourself.
