BLC41 - SMART GOALS, WHY's and ADVANTAGES to losing weight....

One of the Challenges for the first week of the BLC41 was to post our SMART Goals, our Why's for becoming healthier and our Advantages for losing weight:

My SMART Goals for BLC41 - - emoticon

Specific – To lose 5 lbs
Measurable – Weekly weigh-in on Wednesdays emoticon
Achievable – 1/2 to 1 lb, lost per week. Can do if stick to IF (Intermittent Fasting) and meal plan each week
Relevant – to be fitter, stronger, and healthier for the rest of my life emoticon emoticon
Time-bound – The 12-Weeks of the BLC41 Challenge

My WHY's for getting healthier and Advantages to losing weight:

1. to be healthy and fit
2. to be independent as I age
3. to set an example for my family
4. to have more energy
5. to be able to travel and be physically active

I can do anything I set my mind to do!!
