Sleep Score for Today

Slept from 1:04am--4:46am
Got up and started laundry at 5am, had coffee and logged into sparkpeople. When laundry was finished I went down to the EDR for breakfast.
Then I came home and decided to lay down while I was checking something online and ended up falling back asleep.
Well I can say I slept over 6 hours..which is my goal for every day. Fitbit even gave me a star for making that goal today. Fitbit doesn't really care if its 6 hours all at one time together or if I take a 2 or 3 hour naps a few times a day. Personally for me...I would rather get my 6 hours split up like I did today. Because if I sleep 6 hours straight then I wake up with "brain fog", and I still feel tired for a couple hours.
On the rare day that got 9 hours of total sleep in one day, last week, the whole day was kinda shot. But Fitbit gave me a higher excellent sleep score. Well it might have been excellent according to Fitbit standards but not according to mine.
Well it's now 12:39 and I should get ready for work. And I need to get stepping because I am in a Weekend Warrior challenge and when I fell asleep for the second time this morning, I lost my first place spot.
