I did lose 35# originally on SP, kept if off, but still have -65# to go. I quit logging in and tracking my food, but this time around I am diagnosed as being diabetic. So now I am re-commiting myself to tracking and being serious about my health. I'm having my left foot totally reconstructed due to a car accident, so will be non-wgt bearing for at least 8-10 weeks. I'm okay with that, but I'm alittle concerned about my food plan, since I will be home alone all day. Any ideas of how to plan a simple menu would be appreciated.
