In the last few years, I have struggled with feet and calf pain. I really want to work out but I seem to have new pain on top of my feet combined with off and on swelling. Working out really helps my anxiety. It is hard to say to work out or not or if it will induce pain. It doesn't always.

I need to go to farmers market and kinda bummed that I have to go alone. My husband works nights and wanted to sleep. Its understandable. I need to go and get my shampoo. Commercially bought stuff makes my scalp itch. I've tried like 5 different ones. They have real french crepes made in front of you so I'm trying to convince myself I can have one of those. But honestly it's not much fun without hubby.

    Have you tried swimming? I find it is easy on my joints but if I swim laps for 30 minutes I get a wonderful workout
