Over the last two years I haven't done as well as I had hoped but still trying. Maintain a loss of 75 pounds. Had a regain of 20 pounds from my lowest weight. Truly discouraged by the gain but that never detoured me from my exercise routine. I am walking and walking.... miles and miles each day.... a month ago decided to get all my miles in a more productive and more personal oriented goal so... El Camino de Santiago it is.... I'll start on 9/26 from Oporto and hopefully I will make to Santiago de Compostela by October 12th. I am very excited with the whole experience that involves me and only me taking care of me and nobody else. At the same time afraid of getting myself in such a tremendous endeavor, bed bugs, blisters, no control over diet.... wish me luck!!!!
