Right now we are on a break, between the Summer and Fall 5% Challenge, but many of the 5% teams remain active thru the break.
So on the AWESOME A team, we are doing a Self Care September.
The above is todays: It's OK not to be Ok. We All have difficult days.
Well it's been a painful day with my foot, and hey, it is OK TO NOT GO GUNHO!! It's OK to tell myself "I am NOT be Lazy, I AM taking care of myself" though I was certainly active at times today, I also sat more often as in relaxing and not still being busy.
Sunday will be CRAZY though I'll spend the majority of it sitting and organizing others. Where I live we are having a huge garage sale. Since we live on the corner of a very busy intersection we know we'll have the traffic. And at 3, I am having an ice cream social (Planned on purpose during the break). But at that, I'll be up only to fix mine, though it's being held at my house. A few friends are coming over early to set up etc. I have been thru the week, organizing the things they'll need.
So for todays Self Care "Its Ok not be Ok. Its TRUE in a physical sense, but after the past 7 weeks, I ALSO need to just RELAX and accept the things that has happened, and be Ok with it. It REALLY OK to acknowledge those days, times, weeks, months, and make peace with them.
That was accomplished today. My car is now being fixed, I received a large of $$$ towards my expenses. So that is looking UP!! Tuesday I see an orthopedic for my foot. I'll update you all about that as I can.
for coming to my blog!! I hope today you can also say "It's OK not to be Ok. We all have difficult days" and accept it, without being negative towards yourself.
