This morning I got a little extra sleep on the sofa before heading out for my hair trim. Maegann does such a nice job. While there another thunder storm blew by and I enjoyed seeing and hearing it while I was in that salon chair.
My next stop was the YMCA to finish up her membership paperwork. Too easy to forget she still needs my signature as she isn't 18 yet. She was able to go in on a guest pass last night with Kim and they've got their workout schedule figured out. Might see her tonight after the gym if she doesn't shower at the Y. She's hanging out with Tayler and his family tonight.
Once home I had very little motivation so I chose to catch up on some scheduling items, clean out emails and then followed a rabbit trail to online shopping. Holiday purchases were Christmas cards, matching seals and holiday stamps from the post office. A jigsaw puzzle from Bits & Pieces and I'm getting a free 1000 piece mystery puzzle for ordering a 1000 piece puzzle. The one I bought was 50% off so a bargain for two at $8! I looked at some fall decoration stuff on other sale ads, but didn't really see anything that just jumped out at me.
Isaac has his plan all figured out for asking Jayden to Homecoming. I caught something about a box of donuts and a sign of some sort. He'll be doing this on Sunday morning since she goes to a neighboring school. Maegann said she would help him be ready.
I was right about Tim coming home with the news of "Heading to Reno." He leaves Sunday night and won't be back until Friday night.
Nothing going on tonight around here so will probably just watch a movie as it is family movie night. If Tim decides to work on the house I'm fine with that too.
Tomorrow.... Watching Dakota for several hours in the morning while his mom is with Maegann getting her hair done. Glad he and Isaac can play video games together easily. I believe the family will be taking me out for my birthday dinner too since nothing could be done yesterday. Maegann finally remembered my birthday and Isaac never said a word. Too caught up with his "date".
