Daily Highlight 188 - What To Do and How To Do It?

Highlight -
Gotta love feedback and my fellow Sparkies. I got feedback on my weekend with the study. Yes, holiday weekend went over on calories by about 300. A wonderful suggestion was to schedule an email with a link to an exercise video. (Need to figure out how to do that.)

My stressors have been get a good food plan and getting my exercise in. I think my food plan issues are I am going for perfection and trying to appease the family. Making cardio exercise a habit is more the case of lackawannas. Stretches, modified yoga are more my speed, but even then I have problems in doing it.

WATERMELLEN posted a thought provoking blog that I am still processing.

Her words of: "some kind of answer will come to me." resonate with me, but my frustration and impatience are strong. (likely to induce stress eating.) I do not need fixing,,, my plan needs fixing and so far the fixing is not happening.

I want to and need to move forward, so I am just a tad stressed.
