So I lost almost 11 lbs pretty quickly....in like 3 weeks and now I am at a stand still. But the kicker is that I know it is all my own fault. I am falling back into old habits, eating later at night, and even though I am staying in range I am pushing it up to the max of my calorie intake. I HAVE to lose weight before I am a candidate for hip replacement, but I get so frustrated with the pain and upset that I can't do everything I want to do and I use food as a way to cope.
SO here is to hoping I can turn my mindset around.
