My roommate left some food items behind when she went to TX, and told me that I could have them. So today instead of walking down to the EDR (employee dining room), I had
Just zap them both in the microwave and lunch was done faster then I could have gotten to the EDR. I put one container of quinoa and rice into the soup. My lunch might not be the healthiest but there is no guarantee that lunch in the EDR is healthy either.
But why is there 4 grams of sugar and 16 grams of carbs in a cheesy broccoli soup?
Holy cow! There are 40 grams of carbs in a little containers of the quinoa and rice. Guess I should not eat those to often.
