My Goals for the next 12 Weeks...

1) I will lose 10lbs by Nov 27th. I will do this by exercising at least 5 days a week and cleaning up my diet.
2) I will be more consistent with my Strength Training. I will get in at least 2 days a week of it.
3) I will work on my Flexibility. I will get in 3 days a week of Stretching or Yoga.
4) I will start eating cleaner and being more mindful of what I'm eating. Also drinking at least 64ozs of water daily.
