Week 87 of therapy

This week we discussed my appointment Sheila and how Dr. Mike peeked in on me at the clinic and I wanted to pick in on him. We also went through a guided meditation as well to get rid of stress. I am going through a lot right now if you consider the fact that my stress test is this week and next week.

    Stress tests can make us stress out waiting for them - and that is not good. As Joybell mentioned remember to go to the Word and lean on Him during this time - though I am sure you are like me and not wanting to necessarily hear that. I have had to learn to do some different things that help me relieve the stress - I find crocheting helps, or reading a book, and now my favorite is going for my walk as I can enjoy the weather, the scenery and sing and talk to the Lord while walking.

    Will be holding you up especially during this time - if possible come and share some of your concerns with the group so that they can also hold you up

    Jenny, God has not forgotten you.. He is still with you and is watching over you .. Please don't forget about trusting God and staying focused on Him.. Remember Peter walking on the water, as long as He focused and kept his eyes on Jesus, he stayed on top of the water, but when he took his eyes off Jesus, then he begin to sink..

    Jenny, make sure you are spending time in prayer, and reading the Word of God.. I can send you 21 days of Scripture reading on Trust if you want.. sometimes its hard when you have things happening, but we have to exercise our Spiritual muscle so that we can build up our Faith and Trust in God emoticon emoticon Proverbs 3:5-6 (NIV) " Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways, submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight ."
