I'm trying out the below 28-day challenge, and I'm liking it so far. It's by the same person that does the HIIT workout I've enjoyed.
Day one was a good mix of arms and legs. 100% doable and could feel the burn.
Day two (today) was abs. Challenging one for someone with little ab muscle under my fluff, but definitely doable. I actually nailed the third plank for 30 seconds. I didn't realize how much harder planking is when you are propped on your arms instead of your hands. I'm going to feel that tomorrow (good!).
I likely won't do 28-days straight, but I definitely want to work through all the videos and then save my favorites for using later. Strength training is great, but I definitely need more cardio if I'm going to drop some weight. I'm hoping to start up my Couch-2-5k program again soon, maybe after the hurricane comes by and cools everything off later this week (we are in the outer edge inland).
