Yummy Fall Drink and Breakfast with Nutritional Value

I make a drink that tastes yummy and is nutritious... kinda tastes like a Starbucks treat.
I take either milk or almond/coconut milk... whatever I have on hand at the time, and I add some nutmeg and cinnamon to it, then microwave or heat. It tastes very yummy- kind of like a latte!
A nutritious way to boost a breakfast and make it delicious is to add microwaved berries to it. I cut my frozen French Toast into halves. Then I take three halves so it seems like I have three pieces. I put peanut butter on top and the berries with a bit of stevia and microwave it all. Yum! Warm berry licious nutritious breakfast!
Warming peanut butter for seconds is a great way to make a small bit last longer and make a dip for apples, celery and snacks.
