So, today is September 3rd, I have a birthday coming up, in 16 days! I am stuck and have been gaining weight. Not at all what I want to be doing! I had lost 139 pounds, and now I have gained about 5 pounds back. It is time to try different things to get back on track on to start loosing weight again. I have 111.6 pounds to go to reach my goal or what I think is going to be my skinny goal, but we will see when I get to that goal if I stop there or continue to loose a bit more.

I know I can get past this point that I am stuck at! I just have to buckle down and do things better than I have been doing for the last few weeks. For 1, I need to make sure I get all my water in every day! For 2, I need to eat better again. I have been allowing a lot more junk foods to go into my mouth and be swallowed down into my belly. Not good! So, it is time to get off that kick again. And for 3, I need to exercise! I haven't been exercising, so I haven't been burning the calories I have been eating. Again, I know better, and it is now time to make changes again to get me back on track to get over this hump to go back to loosing weight.

Yesterday was a holiday, so I didn't start yesterday. My last excuse. Today is a new day, great day for a new start! Hopefully I am going to make some new habits and be able to stick to these new habits I choose to make.
